Prayer

I would like to encourage you to set aside 31 days to make International Media Ministries a special focus of your prayers. In this small prayer guide you will find the People, Partners and Projects with whom IMM is involved. Each day also has the prayer needs of an individual nation listed. Someone once said, “Prayer is the real work, evangelism is just the mopping up.” We appreciate you and ask you again to join with us in prayer. Download Prayer Guide
Tyler Gibson is here! After 10 months of support raising and working, Tyler Gibson has arrived for an unofficial visit while he waits for permanent visas and complete his funding process. Tyler will be learning audio these next few months.

Crystal Roehl reported God doing good things! Had my 2 week post-operation check up yesterday and I can hear! Thank you Lord! Some of my hearing was recuperated (and for awhile everything is sounding really loud until my ear gets used to noise again after being plugged up with stuff for 2 wks). I still have to take it easy because the prosthesis is still held together with stitches and needs weeks for everything around it to mend together and heal.

Occupancy in the IMM Center Permits for occupancy in the IMM Center came through finally after 2 years of waiting and concern.

Recently we got this report from one of our students from Croatia who wrote: I got a job! And it is not any job, I started to work on our regional TV station. So, as employee we (or I :-) can freely use all of the cameras, lights and studio equipment for our personal use during weekends! So, that is very nice and I have many plans that I hope will become real. I really see that God is leading me into media ministry and now I have many doors open. Great things are going to happen here!

Quoted from John Boyd, Mother Tongue Translators, “The IMM Parables (series) are well acted, culturally appropriate, engaging and historically accurate scripture-based dramatized stories of Bible parables. They include director’s commentary for each story, and PDF study guides are available (www.visionvideo.com). All the teams that viewed them responded positively both to the message and to the prospect of having them available to show and discuss in their home communities. Although each story uses only a small amount of actual scripture (with the rest being expansion based on scripture), the story, along with the introduction and closing comments, serves to convey the main point of the parable in an interesting and compelling way.
